Suspension Coil Spring
Purpose: Absorb body vibrations, improve ride comfort; Keep vehicle tires in contact with the ground, make better ride control
1. Improve coil spring load capacity and resist fatigue through strengthening treatments such as shot blasting.
2. Banana-shaped coil spring design, the resultant vector direction consistent with the shock absorber movement direction, reducing adverse effects of lateral forces on the shock absorbers.
3. Middle convex inconstant wire design, with minimal compression length which saves space.
